A Future Life Progression can take you to a time in the future where you will have an opportunity to gather wisdom and integrate positive changes for the now. Similar to a Past Life Regression, a mild hypnotic induction is our entry point and we will be accessing the subconscious, spirit, soul for information.
A Future Life Progression is an excellent way to access the Full Potential Self in the future and to align with this aspect of ourselves that has resolved many of the challenges we may be facing in our lives now. Becoming aware of the Full Potential Self, receiving the wisdom and guidance available, and integrating this aspect is highly empowering.
If all time is simultaneous, meaning that past, present and future exist at the same time (like a Parallel Universe) - we can easily go forward in time and receive great benefit from our journey.
Further, as beings of free will we have the power to choose from many possible futures. Future Life Progressions give us the opportunity to create our future as we like it by deciding which futures and which parts of those futures we prefer.
We can use Future Life Progression techniques to move you forward many years in this life, (to help with events and give understanding and enlightenment); or progress you on forward 100, 200, 500 years etc from now! Moving into the future can be exciting, deeply informative and just as therapeutic as moving back in time.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A SESSION?
Your session will be a deeply relaxing experience. We have a consultation before the session to determine a focus and intention. During the session, we are able to identify and capture those elements of a future life that would be beneficial to integrate into our Now. After our session, we have another consultation to clarify any questions or experiences. This is fun and infomative.
The process is initiated by a mild hypnotic state (read the section on Past Life Regressions).
