X-Static Sound Therapy

I have been working with vibrational healing since the mid 80's and have utilized sound in healing, meditation and performance environments.  

X-Static Sound Therapy is a gentle and deeply relaxing therapeutic session that is guaranteed to relieve any stress or anxiety and support a deeply meditative altered state.   While in this altered state, you will be able to create healing, shift energy, release old patterns, beliefs, ideas and experiences - to name but a few possibilities.

WHAT IS A SESSION LIKE?

We begin our session by identifying what you would like to achieve.  What is the desired shift or change you wish to make?  Sometimes, it is simply stress and anxiety release.

You will be lying down, either on a massage table, or outside in nature.   We are working with the meridians, the vital energy system & field and chakras here, so there is a combination of energy work and sound to support the session.   Essential oils may also be used.  I use a variety of Tibetan Bowls that are placed directly on the chakras of the body and played.   This is quite a balancing act, but years of experience has given me the know how. 

You will be given some breathing techniques to concentrate upon that will assist you in relaxing and letting go.  During the time of your session you will be quietly instructed as to how to move your body re-position, if necessary. 

While deeply immersed in a sound vortex, your higher self, guides, angels and healing masters can assist in making the changes you desire. 

The session is thoroughly enjoyable, effortless and life enhancing.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The vibration and frequency of the sound is a healing force in the universe; always has been.   A lot has to do with intention and I have conditioned the various bowls for different types of healing.  The sound vibration penetrates the body, goes into the blood and bones and cells.  This frequency will vibrate out of the body, chakras and energy field anything that is unbeneficial.  It is the master cleanser of your unique energy body and vibrational field.  

When we combine a specific intention with the vibration we are focusing the energy to achieve a specific end.   You and I and the vibration work together to sustain that focus and accomplish the desired outcome.  You, of course, are more deeply relaxed than you have ever been as the sound works its magic. 

X-Static Sound Therapy literally removes "static" from the body and energy field.  It also enhances well being to a very high vibration - ecstasy.  Hence the name: X-Static Sound.
